How long until we see results?

You'll see what taking social media seriously looks like in practice from day one. The first significant results, posts breaking out of your existing audience and reaching new people at scale, typically follow within 3–6 posts or 1–2 weeks.

How much do you charge per video?

We don't sell video packages. 8 videos that get 1 000 views each have benefited you nothing, and we shouldn't be compensated for them.

Our collaborations are structured around a guarantee of authentic organic reach, always in the hundreds of thousands of people reached per month. Contracts still include a minimum post count of typically 10+ per month, so volume is never a concern even when the reach targets have already been exceeded.

We've had poor experiences outsourcing social media. Do you have a guarantee?

Yes. Every contract includes a guarantee of organic reach: real people from your target audience seeing your content. If we don't hit the agreed numbers, we keep producing until we do at no extra cost.

How much of our team's time does this require?

Our model is built to require as little hands-on time from your team as possible. The high-level strategic decisions like goals, direction and brand boundaries can often be addressed in a single quarterly meeting.

Day-to-day, we need one clear contact person for access to people and material. A breathing, living social brand obviously requires love and effort, but most of that is on us. For shoots, we typically need 6–8 hours of performer time per month, often combined with actual work.

Do you provide the actors?

Never. Your audience wants to see you, your people and your expertise, not a paid performer playing a role.

A viewer builds a relationship with the person on screen, their story and their character. When you build your social presence on a hired face, you're investing more in their influencer career than in your own brand. We work exclusively with real people from your organisation.

Do you handle posting and community management?

Yes. Our scope starts with analysing your social presence and competitive position, then moves through content planning, shooting, editing, publishing and ends in authentic community management in your comment sections.
